The Surgery Center, LLC From I-94, exit Rawson Avenue. Drive west toward 27th Street. Go through the 27th Street intersection. The Surgery Center is on the south (left) side of Rawson Avenue, about two-tenths of a mile west of 27th Street. The Surgery Center, LLC is located on the lower level of the Associated Surgical and Medical Specialists building. To enter The Surgery Center, LLC, drive around the building to the West entrance, which is labeled on the overhead canopy. Parking is free and right outside the entrance.
